Lash and Brow Technicians

 Dupont Lash & Brow Bar is seeking skilled and passionate Lash and Brow Technicians to join our team! We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, luxurious beauty services tailored to our clients’ individual needs. The ideal candidates will be experienced professionals with a strong commitment to providing exceptional client experiences and a keen eye for detail. If you have expertise in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, and other esthetic services, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality lash services, including lash extensions, lash lifts, and tints, with precision and care.
• Deliver brow services such as shaping, tinting, and laminations to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Provide other esthetic services (e.g., waxing, facials) in line with the bar’s offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend services that achieve their desired look.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lash Technician or Esthetician (2+ years preferred).
• Valid esthetician or cosmetology license.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Knowledge of skincare and beauty products, with a passion for ongoing learning in the beauty field.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work efficiently and provide excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales skills to recommend appropriate products and services to clients.
